In August 2007, the Shanghai Changning Library made a public bidding for the library’s RFID system equipment and Shanghai RFID successfully won the bid for this project among the intense competition of domestic and foreign famous companies. The first-phase scale of the Shanghai Changning District Library reached 150,000 book volumes.
